Community Guidelines
These are the rules that shape public lists, comments, messages, and shared entities on TasteList.
Respect people
- No harassment, bullying, intimidation, or dogpiling.
- No hateful conduct targeting protected characteristics.
- Do not threaten violence or encourage self-harm.
Keep content real
- No impersonation, deceptive identity, or fake affiliation.
- No spam, scams, coordinated manipulation, or mass low-quality posting.
- Do not post sexual content involving minors or exploitative material of any kind.
Protect the canon
- Create lists freely, but do not intentionally create duplicate or misleading entities.
- Use pending entities in good faith while the admin queue reviews them.
- Do not vandalize shared entities, battle threads, or consensus surfaces.
Respect rights
- Only upload content you have the right to use.
- Images may be disabled or removed in response to rights complaints. Repeated or deliberate copyright violations may lead to upload restrictions or account suspension.
- Removing an image does not necessarily remove the underlying list, item name, ranking, or original commentary.
- Do not post private personal information without consent.
- Report copyright issues, impersonation, or abuse through the in-app report tools.
